Dramaturgy Academy is a bilingual (Arabic/English) platform for dramaturgy and screenwriting education, publishing articles, literary works, scripts, and daily reflections alongside paid online courses. We may add, change, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor under this age has created an account, please contact us so we can remove it.

Some content on this site — including individual courses and the all-access course pass — requires a one-time purchase. Purchasing a course or a course pass grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access that content for as long as your access remains active; it does not transfer any ownership of the underlying material to you.

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers, Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full card details on our own servers. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may include applicable taxes; we reserve the right to change prices for future purchases at any time.

If you are not satisfied with a course you purchased, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided you have not completed a substantial portion of the course content. To request a refund, contact us using the details below.

All content published on this site — articles, literary pieces, scripts, course videos and materials, and photographs — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, and may not be copied, redistributed, or republished without our prior written permission.

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Share your account or course access with anyone else
• Copy, record, or redistribute paid course content
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, defame, or impersonate another person
• Attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the site

This site relies on third-party services — including Stripe and PayPal for payments, and Cloudflare for content delivery — and may link to external websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party service or website.

The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dramaturgy Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these terms. You may stop using the site, or request deletion of your account, at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a new effective date; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Dramaturgy Academy is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
